Do you provide free shipping?
Yes on most products. >98% of the products we carry ship for free. Exclusions include seats and some, though not all, items priced under $25. We always clearly say whether an item ships for free on the product’s page and when you view your cart, it will tell you if the entire order ships for free.
Can you ship my order today still?
Yes if it’s before 3 pm Monday through Friday. We guarantee in-stock items will get packed and to the carrier the same day. See the expected delivery times when you check out.
Can you ship overnight or express?
Yes. We have the vast majority of products in our own warehouse, so we are not reliant on third parties to ship for us. This allows us to do overnight or express shipping on any product unless otherwise noted. To calculate the cost, just enter your address in the checkout process.
Where is my tracking number?
We send tracking numbers via email as soon as the label is generated. Check your spam/junk folder in case the email may have gone there.
