AEM’s Universal High Flow -10 AN Inline Filter is specifically engineered for maximizing flow without sacrificing filtration, and is designed for ease of installation. The end caps are machined with -10AN female fittings that allow the filter to flow up to 12.32 gpm at 45 PSI and 2.63 gpm at 6 PSI. Machined O-ring receiver grooves on the end caps ensure against leaks, and all sealing o-rings and gaskets are made of Viton for outstanding performance when using gasoline, alcohol or gasoline/alcohol blended fuels. The commonly available replacement filter cartridges filter particles as small as 7 microns. The filter’s standard 2” OD allows for easy mounting virtually anywhere in the vehicle for easy access. The AEM Digital Voltmeter Gauge combines unsurpassed accuracy, speed and control with an easy-to-read digital LED interface that displays voltage in 1 volt increments, and a sweeping LED “needle” that lines the edge and moves as voltage changes from 8 to 18v. The voltmeter gauge’s digital readout will automatically increase and decrease in intensity due to the built in ambient light sensing photocell. Each gauge includes interchangeable silver and black bezels and black and white faceplates to personalize the look of your gauge. Features:

The AEM Water/Methanol Injection System Advantage

Water/methanol injection for forced induction (turbocharged or supercharged) gas-powered race engines is a proven means for effectively reducing engine inlet air temperatures and suppressing harmful detonation. This allows racers to reliably increase boost and advance ignition timing—without using high-octane racing fuel—for power gains of up to 20%. AEM’s Water/Methanol Injection Systems utilize the most robust hardware combined with more advanced features than any other comparably priced water/methanol system.

AEM offers a few different water/methanol controller designs for gas vehicles:

• One is boost dependent for forced induction vehicles up to 35 PSI of boost (kit PN 30-3300). The Boost Dependent controller has an on-board manifold absolute pressure (MAP) sensor with a molded-in nipple for a boost hose pickup.
• The second controller (Kit PN 30-3350) features a multiple input design that enables users to install AEM’s Water/Methanol Injection Kit on ultra-high boost vehicles (above 35 PSI) using a 0-5v voltage-based external MAP sensor.
• The last is a Multi-Input controller and is dependent on an external 0-5v voltage-based external MAP sensor, a frequency based input for Injector Duty Cycle (IDC), frequency-based mass airflow (MAF), or a 0-5v voltage-based MAF.

Visual improvements include a bright center LED display that is 87% larger than our original digital gauges and provides better readability. A sweeping green LED “needle” lines the edge of the gauge face for quick reference. A 33% overall increase in the gauge face display makes it easier to see at a glance.

EASIER TO MOUNT

Despite the larger display, X-Series Gauges are contained in a standard 2-1/16th-inch (52mm) diameter housing for mounting in a standard gauge pod. Thanks to an advanced single board design, X-Series Gauges have an incredibly slim overall depth of under 0.825”, with a cup depth of only 0.200.” This shallow cup depth allows X-Series Digital Gauges to be mounted practically anywhere.

SMARTER INTERFACE

X-Series Digital Gauges include new technological features that make them easier to use. Two buttons on the faceplate deliver programmability for peak/recall, standard or metric center LED readout and sweeping LED needle, and user-selectable threshold warnings. The gauges are AEMnet CAN-bus enabled, so they can be daisy chained together for use with the Infinity ECU, Series 2 EMS, AQ-1 Data Logger, or 3rd party EMS or logger that accepts AEMnet. 0-5V analog outputs are also included for inputting into data loggers and engine management systems. AEM’s X-Series Wideband UEGO Air/Fuel Ratio Sensor Controller Gauges are built upon unique, patent-pending X-Digital technology that makes them the fastest responding wideband air/fuel ratio controllers in independent testing against 17 other wideband UEGO air/fuel controllers*. The X-Series Wideband UEGO AFR Sensor Controller Gauge (PN 30-0300) measures 2 1/16th-inch (52mm) in diameter, and features a modern, visually striking faceplate and new seven-segment center display that is 87% larger than the 30-4110 AEM Wideband Gauge’s center display. This creates the perception of a larger overall gauge, but in a common 52mm size for easy mounting. Its slim depth (less than one inch overall) and ultra slim cup depth of .200-inches dramatically increases its application base and potential mounting locations. The X-Series Wideband UEGO AFR Gauge has a user configurable display via buttons on the gauge face that allow you to change AFR values for different fuels, Lambda or O2%, change the center display to three or four digits, perform a free-air calibration if desired as the sensor ages, and change the CAN message ID when linking multiple X-Series Inline Controllers or X-Series Controller Gauges. A black bezel and black dual-faced faceplate for air/fuel and Lambda are included, and an optional silver bezel with white dual-faced air/fuel and Lambda faceplate is available (PN 30-0300-ACC, sold separately). The GP-6S is a high end, yet moderately priced sport driver helmet, as designated by the “S.” The shell shape is the same as the GP-6 (PED) and state-of-the-art GP-6RC, along with the same wider eye port for increased peripheral vision. The single intake/single exhaust vents provide excellent ventilation performance. Get all of the performance at a lower price tag.

Head and Neck Restraint devices with the standard 6mm helmet bolt can be easily added with the new M6 washer nut installed at the factory. The helmet is SA2015 certified.

Positive Latch Shield
Positive latch mechanism provides solid shield latching, while allowing normal operation of the shield. Designed to be an integral component of the shield system and function, not just an add-on afterthought. The simplicity of the function masks the complexity of the design.

M6 Anchor Type
Integrated seats to accommodate a variety of Head and Neck Restraint devices. Pre-Installed M6 threaded washer/nut, with 6mm threads, to accept a variety of anchors systems for variety of Head and Neck Restraint devices and make installation much easier for people not familiar with such installations. Flat surface area around the mounting nut to allow the anchor post base to rest flush with the helmet surface around the entire perimeter of the anchor base. FIA-8859-2015 certification sticker applied to the interior liner material.

E-ject Ready Crown Pad
Pre-cut pocket, under crown pad, can be easily removed to accomodate optional E-Ject(R) system.

New Shield Pivot Hardware
New shield pivot hardware, with redesigned track slider that improves aerodynamics. New wider 6 series shield & eye port, for increased peripheral field of view when compared to the previous 5 series. Shield, pivot hardware and wider eye port were developed on the RC and adapted to the GP-6S.

Ventilation
Large, closable, intake vent combined with a larger 10mm hole greatly increases air intake. Larger 10mm rear vent hole further increases airflow.

New Chinbar
Newly sculpted chin bar and ridge along lower edge of shell to improve structural integrity. Provides a stronger shell near the opening where it is needed as well as lowers the Center of Gravity. Rise in shell above the shoulders for added clearance.
