For aviation, marine, racing, and even locomotive, DEI provides custom solutions for varying fields and industries.

Heat essentially stops an engine from operating as best as it possibly can. The late founder of DEI, Dale Merkley, knew this was an issue that needed to be addressed. In 1995 he got to work with his wife to come up with thermal tuning products. Started as a small business in Ohio, began to double up space and soon move into their own facility where they design, produce and manufacture all of their products in house.

An all-in-one kit for wrapping a set of headers or motorcycle pipes. Kit includes two 2in” x 50ft rolls of exhaust wrap, Locking Ties, a Can of HT Silicone Coating and Free Locking Tie Tool. The header wrap kit is enough for any set of V8 headers. The Header Wrap Kit will wrap from the top of the header where it bolts to the heads all the way down to the collector.
