Deatschwerks couplers have been produced to help deliver fuel from your tank to your engine with optimal performance and flow in mind. Non-restrictive, and manufactured to every applicable JIC and SAE standard , these couplers are constructed of heat-treated 6061 T-6 aluminum that is anodized in a titanium finish. The titanium finish compliments both OE and aftermarket engine bays and hides marks far better than standard black fittings. These high-grade materials and coatings are strong, light, and anti-corrosive for use in the most demanding fuel systems.

This is for an individual Billet P-Clamp for use with a -10 PTFE and/or a -8 CPE Hose with an 15.9mm Internal Diameter. The clamps make installing and routing lines painless, and allow maximum maneuverability when it comes to mounting options and locations.

The redesigned V2 DW300 flows 26% higher at peak and 20% greater on average. It will flow 340 lph at 40psi and is a popular choice for e85 applications or wherever the highest flowing standard fitment in-tank pump is needed. Quiet operation and pulse width modulation compatibility are delivered via the turbine impeller and computer balanced armature. E85 compatibility is built in via the carbon commutators and a fully encapsulated armature. In order to achieve a flatter flow curve, Deatschwerks uses a dual zone approach which increases flow where specifically engineered for high pressure, and limits flow at low pressure, thus achieving excellent performance and reliability. The DW300 has a 36mm diameter and is compatible with pump gas, e85, and race fuels. The pump is also compatible with pulse width modulated pump drivers. The pump ships with a universal fitment kit which includes fuel hose, clamps, electrical harness, and filter. As with all DW products, the pump is warrantied for 3-yrs to the original purchaser.

Deatschwerks Fuel Pressure Regulator model 6-1001 are installed inline to save space and can be adapted to nearly every single fuel application. Developed with E85 in mind, these regulators are alcohol fuel safe and rated suitable for up to 1000 HP vehicles. Made out of anodized T6061 aluminum, the casing can withstand heat and abuse. The inner 36mm diaphragm allows pressure to be adjusted anywhere from 30 to 100 PSI.

The fittings on this regulator are -6AN, one for input and one for return. The vacuum port is a 1/8″ hose barb.
