How it works

The black MSS Ride Enhancer keeps the MSS Ride Controller properly seated against the suspension, so you can push the limits of your car. When cornering hard and wheels lifts off the ground, the active coils of the tender spring hold the MSS Ride Controller in position. The central coupler provides a firm base for the springs to seat on. It retains spring alignment and help the components perform to their max. The lightweight, chamfered design of the coupler ensures the springs do not catch on the edges when in operation. The Ride Adjuster has been designed to enable ride-height adjustment to your specific requirements. At the turn of the wrench, you can fine-tune your vehicle for road, dirt and race circuit conditions. The orange MSS Ride Controller was developed by MSS and is manufactured by Eibach, the world leader in springs. It specifically works on enhancing performance handling and comfort on both wet and dry roads. Designed with an oversized 50 mm valve, this is one of the largest valves available with the highest flow capacity. The body and all internal components are CNC-machined from 6082 aluminum alloy, anodized for a long lasting, corrosion-free appearance. The valve seal utilizes a Viton O-ring that is glued in place to prevent the possibility of sticking to the seat and pulling out. The blow-off valve comes with one quick connect pneufit fitting, with oversized 1/4 connection for quick and actuator response. If needed, barb fittings are available. The included “blue spring” is rated for 0.35 – 0.50 bar / 5.07 – 7.25 psi. Alternative, a “black spring” rated at 0.50 – 0.75 bar / 7.25 – 10.9 psi or a “white spring” rated at 0.00 – 0.35 bar / 0.00 – 5.07 psi can be installed (not included.) This V-Band clamp is set up for connection to a silicon hose with an inner hose diameter of 50 mm.

This pedal box allows for the mounting of cylinders to remain inside the vehicle for easier maintenance, and to be able to better monitor your fluid levels. It also allows for a brake bias and adjuster to be installed in pair with the cylinders, so the operator can choose how much or how little pressure they would like towards the front or rear of the vehicle.

RSL29 Compound Overview

The Pagid RSL29 compound, formerly known as Pagid RS29, is a long time favorite and reliable pad. It features very good modulation and release characteristics through a low metallic resin bonded material containing steel and aramid fibers. The friction level of the material maintains constant at a low-medium level. Combined with easy bedding-in behavior, this compound is very popular in club racing, for track days, GT cars, touring cars and prototype endurance racing. Due to the excellent modulation characteristics, the RSL29 pads is also often used in sprint races.

RST3 Compound Overview

The Pagid RST3 compound is one of the most popular pads in the RST range with a number of available applications. It is a medium-high friction metal-ceramic compound containing steel fibers. This provides a low heat conductivity, a good initial bite and excellent modulation and release characteristics. It is fade resistant up to 800 degrees C (1472 degrees F).

Due to the strong initial bite, this pad works well with slicks. For some cars running DOT tires it may lead to lockups and flat-spotting of the tires.
