The Nuke Performance 3 liter fuel surge tank can be run in a dual or single internal pump setup. With this tank you minimize the risk of fuel starvation when running at low fuel levels and where the fuel system can’t cope with the extremely hard driving such as drifting, drag racing and track days. By generating higher g forces, fuel can be pushed to one side or sloshed around too much causing starvation to the high pressure pump that supplies the fuel rail. This is a potentially catastrophic situation, particularly in turbo applications, but also on naturally aspirated engines. With a high quality fuel surge tank like this designed for use with top tier pumps, fuel starvation should never happen. As is the hallmark of Nuke Performance products, this tank is designed and manufactured to handle extreme amounts of power. Designed to stand up to the destructive properties of alcohol fuels, including methanol and ethanol. For use on turbo-charged, super-charged and naturally aspirated engine applications. Delivered with stainless-steel mounting plate for easy mounting and 5x 3/4 AN8 fittings for all the top cover connections and 1x 3/4 plug. Any 3/4 AN6-AN10 fitting can be used if desired. No fuel pumps are included. This version is for use with external fuel pumps.

1/8” Steel vs. 3/16” Steel

PCI mounts are laser cut and CNC formed completely from one piece for strength, stiffness and weight savings. With their design they can achieve the same strength if not more than 3/16″ steel by having bends and altering the shape to areas where increased strength and stiffness is required. So don’t be fooled by the claim that thicker or heavier steel is better. 3/16” steel is more widely used for the simplicity of design and manufacturing putting more money in there pocket and less in yours. When your design requires welded on mounting legs 3/16″ steel is your only design option. PCI mounts will exceed the strength of the seat and floor they’re bolted to.

CSF manufactures the most advanced and efficient radiator cores in the industry by using innovative tube and fin technologies with industry leading testing methods to maximize airflow and heat dissipation. These techniques allow CSF to stay ahead of the pack when it comes to radiator technology!

“B-Tube” technology – Unlike a regular oval shape “O” type radiator tube, CSF uses a specially engineered tube in a shape of a “B”. These “B-tubes” are carefully formed and then brazed over the seam to seal. CSF is able to use thinner and lighter aluminum material (better cooling efficiency) because this design is actually stronger than normal “O” shape tubes that are welded.

The design (inlet in the middle of tube that is seam brazed) increases the heat transfer surface area of the tubes by approximately 15% over regular tubes. You get the efficiency of 2 smaller tubes vs. 1 large tube within the same space criteria. With “B-tubes” you are able to get “dual liquid laminar flow.”
