Ensure safety and prevent theft with a set of Wheel Lock Lugnuts, that can only be removed using the provided key. Each Lugnut is cut with a special pattern that is matched to a tool key for removal and installation.

Installation requires you remove the wheel lug nuts one at a time in a star pattern, and then replacing them with the locking nuts before removing the next lug nut to continue. Then the wheel is torqued to the appropriate torque setting. Check the torque for the first 20 – 100 miles, and to re-torque as required to 85-88 ft lbs.

Designed with an oversized 50 mm valve, this is one of the largest valves available with the highest flow capacity. The body and all internal components are CNC-machined from 6082 aluminum alloy, anodized for a long lasting, corrosion-free appearance. The valve seal utilizes a Viton O-ring that is glued in place to prevent the possibility of sticking to the seat and pulling out. The blow-off valve comes with one quick connect pneufit fitting, with oversized 1/4 connection for quick and actuator response. If needed, barb fittings are available. The included “blue spring” is rated for 0.35 – 0.50 bar / 5.07 – 7.25 psi. Alternative, a “black spring” rated at 0.50 – 0.75 bar / 7.25 – 10.9 psi or a “white spring” rated at 0.00 – 0.35 bar / 0.00 – 5.07 psi can be installed (not included.) This V-Band clamp is available with a v-band clamp and welding flange or for connection to a silicon hose.

1/8” Steel vs. 3/16” Steel

PCI mounts are laser cut and CNC formed completely from one piece for strength, stiffness and weight savings. With their design they can achieve the same strength if not more than 3/16″ steel by having bends and altering the shape to areas where increased strength and stiffness is required. So don’t be fooled by the claim that thicker or heavier steel is better. 3/16” steel is more widely used for the simplicity of design and manufacturing putting more money in there pocket and less in yours. When your design requires welded on mounting legs 3/16″ steel is your only design option. PCI mounts will exceed the strength of the seat and floor they’re bolted to.

The new rigid B5 carbon/GRP seat weighs a little over 9 lbs and was originally designed to fit the very narrow Lotus Elise / Exige. The seat angle is a regular road car angle, though each bracket option allows for a significant amount of tilt. The seat material is GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic), which is extremely sturdy yet economical, with a layer of carbon fiber on the seating surface. The carbon fiber outer is visually appealing and somewhat more resistant to wear and tear than the black/GRP gelcoat finish. Due to the small, narrow size of the B5, it can work well in many other vehicles, in particular narrow models like Miatas. Aside from narrow cars, the seat also works well in most cars, and has been successfully installed in Porsches, Audis, Ferraris, kit cars and many more. The B5 sits the driver very low in the car which reduces the likelihood of hitting the crash helmet on the roll cage and can be a game changer for tall drivers in low cars. You can sit within 3/4″ of the floor pan. Although the seat is small it can fit a surprisingly large range of driver sizes. Since the seat is not a full bucket seat, it is compatible with 3-point or 5/6-point belts, making it an extremely versatile seat and an excellent choice for either street or track cars. The side profile was developed from years of experience in manufacturing kart racing seats, and provides excellent support while leaving the shoulders free to help steer the car unhindered. he seat is compatible with a Hans or neck restraint device. We generally recommend the seat pads option, particularly for cars driven on the road with 3-point belts. The pads are made of Dinamica, which is a synthetic suede-like material, just like Alcantara.
