Overview

CD-5 Carbon Flat Panel Digital Dash Displays have a compact enclosure that makes them perfect for flush mount installation or in-dash installations with tight tolerances. They include all of the robust features found in the original CD-5 Carbon Dash, but do not have buttons or an LED shade hood built into the enclosure. CD-5 Carbon Flat Panel Digital Dash Displays feature full-color, daylight readable screens surrounded by a slim, tough, lightweight flow-molded carbon fiber composite housing. Seven ultra-bright LEDs span the top of the display housings for RPM and shift light indication. Users can program them to ascend in specific increments based on RPM range and flash when it is time to shift. Brightness is user programmable on the fixed color LEDs. A remote button kit (PN 30-3610, sold separately) easily wires into the CD Carbon wiring harness and allows users to change pages and clear memory. Two additional programmable LEDs are included in the enclosure and are fully programmable.

View and log data from over 250 CAN devices!

The CD-5 Carbon Flat Panel Digital Dash Display receives channels from two independent CAN bus inputs and it does not require special modules to read AEM and/or 3rd-party CAN signals. We have validated it to communicate with over 250 non-AEM devices, 2008-up stock ECUs via the OBDII port (see Supported Apps Tab), and the CD-5 Carbon Flat Panel Digital Dash Display can be added to any vehicle with the addition of our 22 Channel CAN Sensor Module. The CD-5 Carbon Flat Panel Digital Dash Display is ECU CAN ready and does not require external modules for CAN to CAN communication, just load your configuration and go! All channels can be named in virtually any language so that the information displayed makes sense to the user when displayed, whether on the main screens or warning alerts. Third-party systems will require download of 3rd party DBC CAN bus protocol files for proper operation if they are not included in our setup software. We currently have over 250 validated 3rd party applications, and include a CD Dash Power Cable to simplify the installation of 3rd party devices. AEM Digital Oil Pressure Gauges combine unsurpassed accuracy, speed and control with an easy-to-read digital LED interface that displays oil pressure in 1 PSI increments, and a sweeping LED “needle” that lines the edge and moves as oil pressure changes from 0 to 100. The oil pressure gauge’s digital readout will automatically increase and decrease in intensity due to the built in ambient light sensing photocell. AEM’s digital oil pressure gauges include a 0-5v analog output for use with data loggers and virtually any engine management system, such as the Infinity ECU, Series 2 EMS or AQ-1 Data Logger, making them the perfect solution for users who need to monitor and data log oil pressure at high RPM on tuned engines. Each gauge includes interchangeable silver and black bezels and black and white faceplates to personalize the look of your gauge. Features:

AeroCatch hood pins are used across a variety of motorsport applications to secure hoods/bonnets, trunks/boots and tailgates. AeroCatch are tested in an UK independent testing house to ensure the maximum safety levels are achieved. The high strength plastic material they are made from can be painted allowing full customization and optional discretion, making them suitable for street, race and rally. The 125 Series offers modern aerodynamic styling combined with light weight, high strength construction, making it a popular choice across a variety of motorsport applications. The Arai GP-J3 is another representation of Arai’s pursuit of comfort and function in one attractive package whose simplicity and smooth lines belie the complex energy-management system within. The updated and improved shell shape and construction incorporate extended facial coverage with sculpted “FCS” cheek pads for improved support and comfort. The same care and attention that Arai puts into every helmet can be found in the details of the GP-J3 open-face series. The interior fit is typical Arai, benefiting from over 50 years of research and refinement, and resulting in a helmet that more closely matches the shape of the human head. The fit is close but remarkably comfortable, allowing for the smallest possible helmet to be worn for maximum protection. Meets Snell SA2020 & FIA 8859-2015 standards. This is the black L version.

Adjustable Peak GP-J3 has an adjustable peak that combines the adjustability of the previous Jet/f with the classic rounded styling of a more traditional vintage design. The peak also includes easily-removable/replaceable light tint anti-glare lens.

Cheek Pads and the Comfort Head Liner Removable and replaceable with optional pads of various thicknesses for a more custom fit, as well as allowing for more frequent, and more thorough, cleaning when needed.

Ventialtion The GP-J3 has four top vents, giving the Jet series its first-ever ventilation system.

M6 Anchor Type Integrated seats to accommodate a variety of Head and Neck Restraint devices. Pre-Installed M6 threaded washer/nut, with 6mm threads, to accept a variety of anchors systems for variety of Head and Neck Restraint devices and make installation much easier for people not familiar with such installations. Flat surface area around the mounting nut to allow the anchor post base to rest flush with the helmet surface around the entire perimeter of the anchor base. FIA-8859-2015 certification sticker applied to the interior liner material.

Low Center of Gravity Combined with its legendary comfort and fit, Arai concentrates on balance and a lower center of gravity. All too often, people concentrate more on the weight of a helmet instead of how that weight is distributed over the entire helmet. A lower center of gravity causes less fatigue and feels lighter on the wearers head over a full track session.

Developed through a collaboration with Penske Racing to reduce weight and enhance airflow for use in NASCAR, this ultra-lightweight version of the RS7 Carbon combines an aerospace-grade carbon shell, reinforced energy absorbing liner system and the performance features of the HP7 to create the most advanced, lightweight SA rated helmet that can be used in North America’s most demanding forms of racing. Penske Racing challenged Bell’s engineering team to develop a purpose-built helmet incorporating advanced airflow, enhanced energy management capability, used with or without ear cups in an ultra-lightweight configuration, delivered race-ready under 2.75 pounds. Always up to the challenge, Bell delivered with the innovative RS7C LTWT.
