AEM’s Plug & Play CAN bus Communication Harness (PN 30-2215) eliminates the need to manually wire a CD-5 Carbon or CD-7 Digital Dash Display to a Vi-Pec i44 or i88 ECU, or 29 Link G4+ ECUs!

Because the Vi-Pec and Link ECUs do not provide power from the CAN output, AEM recommends using its CD Power Cable (PN 30-2218, included with every dash kit) to simplify power and ground connections. The CD Power Cable connects to the AEMnet connector on the CD Dash wiring harness and includes a pigtail connection with power and ground leads that make it easy to wire the dash for power when used with non-AEMnet equipped devices.

This harness is fully terminated and connects the CAN2 input on the CD-5 Carbon or CD-7 main harness to the CAN output on the Vi-Pec and Link ECUs listed below.

AEM High Volume fuel rails feature a 1/2-inch fuel bore to support fuel flow for applications up to 1,000 horsepower. This large bore also dampens backpressure pulses created by larger injectors and works perfectly with stock injector sizes. An additional 1/8th NPT port is included to accommodate a nitrous set up or fuel pressure gauge. A custom fuel line fitting is included for the factory fuel line, and in most cases the ends of each rail are pre tapped to accept -6 AN or 9/16”x18 fittings for users who want to use custom fuel lines. Plug & Play Harness with Expansion Port

AEM’s Plug & Play harness for Nissan RB26DETT engines includes a Wideband O2 connector, AEMnet connector for communication with other AEMnet enabled devices and an auxiliary connector with a High Performance DTM-Style 12P connector for adding common aftermarket sensors including fuel pressure, air inlet temperature, MAP, oil temperature and ethanol content sensor. The expansion port also includes a sensor ground, 5v reference, 12v power from relay and high side output for activating a relay or solenoid, a low side output for boost control and analog inputs for mode switch and no-lift shift.

AEM’s sealed, weatherproof Plug & Play harness includes a Lambda connector, an AEMnet connector for communication with other AEMnet enabled devices, and an auxiliary connector with a High Performance DTM-Style 12P connector for adding common aftermarket sensors.

Complete Stand Alone Engine Control

The Infinity 506/508 Plug & Play Jumper Harness (PN 30-3515) allows Infinity ECUs (Infinity 506 PN 30-7106 and Infinity 508 PN 30-7108) to connect to an engine.

The Plug & Play harness combines with an Infinity ECU to replace the factory ECU. The aforementioned harness eliminates the need for cutting and splicing wires, and the Infinity ECU offers straightforward control over all engine functions.

This is an open box item in full working condition. The bracket has slight scratches on it and missing 1 screw of the 4. It is sold as-is with no returns allowed.

AEM’s Universal Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator is capable of supporting enough fuel flow for engines up to 1000 horsepower. Our universal FPR is tapped to accept a -6 AN, or 9/16”x18 fittings and includes a 1/8 NPT port for a fuel pressure gauge or pressure sensor pick up.

Our World-famous Wideband O2 air/fuel ratio UEGO gauge features a digital LED display and sweeping LED ‘needle’ that changes colors as AFR changes from rich to lean. A 52mm (2-1/16″) gauge housing ensures that it will fit in most gauge pods and can be remotely mounted virtually anywhere. All AEM digital gauges feature a 0-5v analog output for use with data loggers and almost any engine management system. Each gauge comes with black and silver bezels and black and white faceplates for multiple color combinations and a custom look (a black Lambda faceplate and black and white Air/Fuel Ratio faceplates).

The Bosch UEGO sensor gives the controller its speed and accuracy. The Bosch 4.9 LSU sensor used in the 30-4110 AEM Wideband UEGO AFR Controller Gauge has a faster light off time and draws less current than the 4.2 LSU sensor used with AEM’s 30-4100 Wideband UEGO Controller Gauge, which will be superseded to the 30-4110 gauge in August, 2014. The 4.9 LSU sensor features the same fuel compatibility as the 4.2 LSU and NEVER requires free-air calibration when used with AEM’s 30-4110 Wideband UEGO AFR Gauge. The 30-4110’s 4.9 LSU sensor uses a different connector than the connector used with the 4.2 LSU sensors included with the original 30-4100 gauge controller. The sensors are not interchangeable between the two gauge controllers in any way, including changing connectors on the gauges.

The Wideband O2 air/fuel ratio UEGO gauge is a must if you want to maximize your engine’s power and safety. When tuning an engine, accurate air/fuel ratio data is critical because running with too rich of an AFR can cause a loss of power, and running a lean AFR can result in serious engine damage. AEM’s digital Wideband AFR UEGO gauge can quickly alert you to even a .1 change in air/fuel ratio and provide enough time to shut down an engine before damage occurs.
