Originally developed to blow fresh air into the cockpit of Le Mans cars, this brushless impeller can be mounted anywhere and used for a variety of applications such as cooling brakes, electronics, drivers or other critical system components. The unit includes an integrated ECU in the flow body, which is made of carbon fiber. Through the brushless motor design it has a three times longer lifetime than standard impellers, it’s lighter and has much greater efficiency compared to classic DC motors. Professional race teams rely on this unit for it’s unbeatable performance, long lifetime and low power consumption. Sobek Motorsport parts are OEM equipment on many customer race cars and are used throughout professional motorsports. This version has a 78 mm outer diameter and a flow rate of 371 cbm/h. It is rated at 13.5 V DC and draws 6.6 A.
