The redesigned V2 DW300 flows 26% higher at peak and 20% greater on average. It will flow 340 lph at 40psi and is a popular choice for e85 applications or wherever the highest flowing standard fitment in-tank pump is needed. Quiet operation and pulse width modulation compatibility are delivered via the turbine impeller and computer balanced armature. E85 compatibility is built in via the carbon commutators and a fully encapsulated armature.

In order to achieve a flatter flow curve, Deatschwerks uses a dual zone approach which increases flow where specifically engineered for high pressure, and limits flow at low pressure, thus achieving excellent performance and reliability.

The DW400 has a 36mm diameter and is compatible with pump gas, e85, and race fuels. The pump is also compatible with pulse width modulated pump drivers. The pump ships with a universal fitment kit which includes fuel hose, clamps, electrical harness, and filter. As with all DW products, the pump is warrantied for 3-yrs to the original purchaser.

AEM’s 340LPH E85-Compatible High Flow In-Tank Fuel Pumps feature robust internal construction that is designed to withstand the low lubricity characteristics of ethanol and methanol fuels, and are tested to work with ethanol fuels up to E100, methanol fuels up to M100 and all types of gasoline. Its compact, short body design (65mm length) with mounting hooks also makes it ideal in universal applications that have fuel tanks with tight tolerances. The AEM 340LPH E85-Compatible High Flow In-Tank Fuel Pump is designed for in-tank mounting on high performance naturally aspirated and forced induction vehicles. It features a compact 39mm diameter that fits most applications and an offset inlet design that eases installation. AEM has updated its CD-7 Digital Dash Display from an aluminum enclosure to a carbon fiber composite enclosure and in the process has reduced its mass from 740g/26.1 oz. to only 595g/20.9oz. That’s almost 1/3rd lbs. less and makes the CD-7 Carbon the lightest graphical dash of its size among major competitors! The new CD-7 Carbon digital displays also have optional integrated 20Hz GPS, which replaces the dash packages that included a Vehicle Dynamics Module. Of course, the Vehicle Dynamics Module still works with any CD Digital Dash Display and can be purchased separately.

Overview

CD-7 Carbon Digital Dash Displays feature a full-color, daylight readable screen surrounded by a tough, lightweight flow-molded carbon fiber composite housing. Seven ultra-bright LEDs span the top of the display housing for RPM and shift light indication. Users can program them to ascend in specific increments based on RPM range and flash when it is time to shift. Brightness is user programmable on the fixed color LEDs. Two large buttons are included on the face of the display, allowing easy page changing and memory resetting even with driving gloves on. These button functions are included in the supplied rear connector, allowing the user to mount remote buttons. Two additional programmable LEDs are located above the toggle buttons on the top of the housing on either side of the integrated LED shift lights.

View and log data from over 250 CAN devices!

The CD-7 Carbon receives channels from two independent CAN bus inputs and it does not require special modules to read AEM and/or 3rd-party CAN signals. We have validated it to communicate with over 250 non-AEM devices, 2008-up stock ECUs via the OBDII port (see Supported Apps Tab), and the CD-7 Carbon can be added to any vehicle with the addition of our 22 Channel CAN Sensor Module. The CD-7 Carbon is ECU CAN ready and does not require external modules for CAN to CAN communication, just load your configuration and go! All channels can be named in virtually any language so that the information displayed makes sense to the user when displayed, whether on the main screens or warning alerts.

Third-party systems will require download of 3rd party DBC CAN bus protocol files for proper operation if they are not included in our setup software. We currently have over 250 validated 3rd party applications, and include a CD Dash Power Cable to simplify the installation of 3rd party devices. The AEM Water/Methanol Injection System Advantage

Water/methanol injection for forced induction (turbocharged or supercharged) gas-powered race engines is a proven means for effectively reducing engine inlet air temperatures and suppressing harmful detonation. This allows racers to reliably increase boost and advance ignition timing—without using high-octane racing fuel—for power gains of up to 20%. AEM’s Water/Methanol Injection Systems utilize the most robust hardware combined with more advanced features than any other comparably priced water/methanol system.

AEM offers a few different water/methanol controller designs for gas vehicles:

• One is boost dependent for forced induction vehicles up to 35 PSI of boost (kit PN 30-3300). The Boost Dependent controller has an on-board manifold absolute pressure (MAP) sensor with a molded-in nipple for a boost hose pickup.
• The second controller (Kit PN 30-3350) features a multiple input design that enables users to install AEM’s Water/Methanol Injection Kit on ultra-high boost vehicles (above 35 PSI) using a 0-5v voltage-based external MAP sensor.
• The last is a Multi-Input controller and is dependent on an external 0-5v voltage-based external MAP sensor, a frequency based input for Injector Duty Cycle (IDC), frequency-based mass airflow (MAF), or a 0-5v voltage-based MAF.

A favorite for sedan and stock car racers, the GP-5W offers a wider eyeport and lightweight construction making for a durable and versatile helmet. Head and Neck Restraint devices with the standard 6mm helmet bolt can be easily added with the new M6 washer nut installed at the factory. The helmet is SA2020 certified. This is the white L version.

ScLc Construction It’s constructed of Arai’s exclusive, very-lightweight ScLc shell technology (Super Complex Laminate Construction), so it maintains a low overall weight to offset the added weight of the larger shield.

Shell Shape It has a smaller, more “natural” head shape, and a lower center of gravity to balance and stabilize the helmet so it feels even lighter, thereby helping to reduce fatigue.

Interior Fit The interior fit is typical Arai, benefitting from over 50 years of research and refinement, and resulting in a helmet that, as mentioned previously, more closely matches the shape of the human head. The first is snug, allowing for the smallest possible helmet to be worn while still being comfortable.

Wider Eyeport Larger 90mm eyeport, top to bottom, than comparable Arai models, provides a better vertical view desired by many sedan drivers. For drivers not needing a shield, a visor peak option is available.

Removable/Replaceable Cheekpads The cheekpads are removable and washable for easier cleaning. More importantly, they’re replaceable with optional sizes of varying thicknesses for a more custom, personalized fit.

VentilationThe upper ventilation system incorporates two large intake ducts and the same two exhaust vent ducts found on the GP-5(PED). This vent system allows for improved air flow even within the confines of a sedan or closed cockpit.

M6 Anchor Type Integrated seats to accommodate a variety of Head and Neck Restraint devices. Pre-Installed M6 threaded washer/nut, with 6mm threads, to accept a variety of anchors systems for variety of Head and Neck Restraint devices and make installation much easier for people not familiar with such installations.
