The Nuke Performance 2G 2 liter fuel surge tank can be run with up to three external pumps connected via three 3/4 UNF AN8 outlet fittings. With this tank you minimize the risk of fuel starvation when running at low fuel levels and where the fuel system can’t cope with the extremely hard driving such as drifting, drag racing and track days. By generating higher g forces, fuel can be pushed to one side or sloshed around too much causing starvation to the high pressure pump that supplies the fuel rail. This is a potentially catastrophic situation, particularly in turbo applications, but also on naturally aspirated engines. With a high quality fuel surge tank like this designed for use with top tier pumps, fuel starvation should never happen. As is the hallmark of Nuke Performance products, this tank is designed and manufactured to handle extreme amounts of power. Designed to stand up to the destructive properties of alcohol fuels, including methanol and ethanol. For use on turbo-charged, super-charged and naturally aspirated engine applications. Delivered with 6x 3/4 UNF AN8 fittings and 2x 3/4 UNF plugs. Any 3/4 AN6-AN10 fitting can be used if desired. No fuel pumps are included.

Injector Safety Clips ensures sealing and safety

A Nuke Performance unique feature is the injector safety clips that ensure the injectors maintain a perfect sealing even during extreme fuel pressure usage. Whether during assembly, install on the engine or in the unfortunate case of an accident, the injectors will remain solidly on the rail. No fuel is spilled even if the fuel pump continues to run or there is latent pressure in the fuel system.

Lightweight bolt-on brackets, everything you need is included

Bolt-on lightweight aluminum brackets are included with the kit, designed to work perfectly with the BMW S65 intake, ensuring compatibility with the S65 engine. The necessary fittings are included within the kit such as the unique lightweight banjo fittings that sits back against the firewall, we ensure that everything you need is included within the kit, add injectors of choice and you are ready to go. This newly developed fuel rail design with NPT threaded ends is up to 40% lighter than other more common fuel rail designs, saved weight equals real motorsports performance.

Bolt-on solutions including the needed fittings and brackets

This kit comes with all needed fittings and brackets for an AN-8 fuel system. We included our newly developed 3/8-NPT threaded banjo fittings to be able to mount these motorsports fuel rails against the firewall where space often can be an issue. The fuel rails come with lightweight aluminum brackets that guarantee a perfect fit against the S65 intake and preventing any leaks and fuel pressure malfunctions.

RSL29 Compound Overview

The Pagid RSL29 compound, formerly known as Pagid RS29, is a long time favorite and reliable pad. It features very good modulation and release characteristics through a low metallic resin bonded material containing steel and aramid fibers. The friction level of the material maintains constant at a low-medium level. Combined with easy bedding-in behavior, this compound is very popular in club racing, for track days, GT cars, touring cars and prototype endurance racing. Due to the excellent modulation characteristics, the RSL29 pads is also often used in sprint races.
