DeatschWerks DW440 brushless in-tank electric fuel pumps have a total height of only 4 in., making them easy to retrofit into any OE pump module. Brushless technology reduces friction and heat, increases efficiency, vastly improves pump lifespan in ethanol and methanol fuels—and allows higher voltage inputs for increased flow! These pumps move 440 lph of fuel at 40 psi. Each fuel pump includes a controller, which accepts an 8-22 V DC input and creates a digital signal to allow precise speed and torque control. The controllers are available in three configurations: single speed, dual speed, and PWM-controlled. Controller are designed to be used with voltage boosters, and the pump kits also include bulkhead wiring.

Overview

CD-5 Carbon Digital Dash Displays feature a full-color, daylight readable screen surrounded by a tough, lightweight flow-molded carbon fiber composite housing. Seven ultra-bright LEDs span the top of the display housing for RPM and shift light indication. Users can program them to ascend in specific increments based on RPM range and flash when it is time to shift. Brightness is user programmable on the fixed color LEDs. Two large buttons are included on the face of the display, allowing easy page changing and memory resetting even with driving gloves on. These button functions are included in the supplied rear connector, allowing the user to mount remote buttons. Two additional programmable LEDs are located above the toggle buttons on the top of the housing on either side of the integrated LED shift lights.

View and log data from over 250 CAN devices!

The CD-5 Carbon receives channels from two independent CAN bus inputs and it does not require special modules to read AEM and/or 3rd-party CAN signals. We have validated it to communicate with over 250 non-AEM devices, 2008-up stock ECUs via the OBDII port (see Supported Apps Tab), and the CD-5 Carbon can be added to any vehicle with the addition of our 22 Channel CAN Sensor Module. The CD-5 Carbon is ECU CAN ready and does not require external modules for CAN to CAN communication, just load your configuration and go! All channels can be named in virtually any language so that the information displayed makes sense to the user when displayed, whether on the main screens or warning alerts. Third-party systems will require download of 3rd party DBC CAN bus protocol files for proper operation if they are not included in our setup software. We currently have over 250 validated 3rd party applications, and include a CD Dash Power Cable to simplify the installation of 3rd party devices. Our World-famous Wideband O2 air/fuel ratio UEGO gauge features a digital LED display and sweeping LED ‘needle’ that changes colors as AFR changes from rich to lean. A 52mm (2-1/16″) gauge housing ensures that it will fit in most gauge pods and can be remotely mounted virtually anywhere. All AEM digital gauges feature a 0-5v analog output for use with data loggers and almost any engine management system. Each gauge comes with black and silver bezels and black and white faceplates for multiple color combinations and a custom look (a black Lambda faceplate and black and white Air/Fuel Ratio faceplates). The Bosch UEGO sensor gives the controller its speed and accuracy. The Bosch 4.9 LSU sensor used in the 30-4110 AEM Wideband UEGO AFR Controller Gauge has a faster light off time and draws less current than the 4.2 LSU sensor used with AEM’s 30-4100 Wideband UEGO Controller Gauge, which will be superseded to the 30-4110 gauge in August, 2014. The 4.9 LSU sensor features the same fuel compatibility as the 4.2 LSU and NEVER requires free-air calibration when used with AEM’s 30-4110 Wideband UEGO AFR Gauge. The 30-4110’s 4.9 LSU sensor uses a different connector than the connector used with the 4.2 LSU sensors included with the original 30-4100 gauge controller. The sensors are not interchangeable between the two gauge controllers in any way, including changing connectors on the gauges. The Wideband O2 air/fuel ratio UEGO gauge is a must if you want to maximize your engine’s power and safety. When tuning an engine, accurate air/fuel ratio data is critical because running with too rich of an AFR can cause a loss of power, and running a lean AFR can result in serious engine damage. AEM’s digital Wideband AFR UEGO gauge can quickly alert you to even a .1 change in air/fuel ratio and provide enough time to shut down an engine before damage occurs.

Using the above sensors ensures that the factory sensor calibration is accurate and that the controller performs optimally. The use of any non-approved sensor may affect the controller’s operation, and will void the warranty of the 30-4110NS. The new 30-4110NS Wideband UEGO Controller Gauge has the same display range and includes the same calibrated scale on its 0-5v output (10-20 AFR), for data logging or closed-loop feedback control when used with a standalone ECU. A serial output (RS232) is also included for outputting AFR values for data logging and feedback control. Gauge Readouts :

The GP-6S is a high end, yet moderately priced sport driver helmet, as designated by the “S.” The shell shape is the same as the GP-6 (PED) and state-of-the-art GP-6RC, along with the same wider eye port for increased peripheral vision. New Shield Pivot Hardware
