The HANS device (Head and Neck Support) was developed to prevent neck injuries and skull fractures by restraining your head from snapping forward in the event of an accident. The HANS III represents the third generation of injection molded HANS devices and features a contemporary approach to reducing weight. Using an all new design and polymer, the device features a hollow collar that substantially minimizes weight. Engineered reinforcements ensure an exceptionally strong structure that provides the same level of safety as every HANS device. The reduced mass guarantees the lightest and most comfortable injection molded HANS ever.

Two flexible tethers on the collar are attached to the helmet to prevent the head from snapping forward or to the side during a wreck. This dissipates the force of a crash from your neck and distributes it to your shoulders and chest, reducing impact. The Hans Device has proven so effective it has been mandated by virtually all professional racing sanctioning bodies including NASCAR, NHRA, Formula 1, CART, the FIA, and even Monster Trucks.

Each HANS Device is sold complete with two post anchor attachments (enough for one helmet) and matching tether, which is both FIA and SFI certified. This is the large size version with a 20 degree angle.

How it works

The black MSS Ride Enhancer keeps the MSS Ride Controller properly seated against the suspension, so you can push the limits of your car. When cornering hard and wheels lifts off the ground, the active coils of the tender spring hold the MSS Ride Controller in position. The central coupler provides a firm base for the springs to seat on. It retains spring alignment and help the components perform to their max. The lightweight, chamfered design of the coupler ensures the springs do not catch on the edges when in operation. The Ride Adjuster has been designed to enable ride-height adjustment to your specific requirements. At the turn of the wrench, you can fine-tune your vehicle for road, dirt and race circuit conditions. The orange MSS Ride Controller was developed by MSS and is manufactured by Eibach, the world leader in springs. It specifically works on enhancing performance handling and comfort on both wet and dry roads. The Nuke Performance Aluminum Additional Fuel Injector Holder comes with all the major components needed for installation. This setup is used by world record holders within drag racing and are one of its own. Aluminum welding flange made for safe and easy mount to any 3″ aluminum intake piping. With this additional injector assembly your injectors will be placed in a 55 degree angle to the 3″ aluminum tube which can give a substantial increase in fuel by utilizing 2 extra injectors. This is for use with a standalone fuel enrichment device or as complement to your Engine Management Systems e.g Haltech, DTAfast, Civinco. The injectors can be integrated or mounted in the intake stream in any Racing engine setup. No injectors is included.

The Nuke Performance 3 liter fuel surge tank can be run in a dual or single internal pump setup. With this tank you minimize the risk of fuel starvation when running at low fuel levels and where the fuel system can’t cope with the extremely hard driving such as drifting, drag racing and track days. By generating higher g forces, fuel can be pushed to one side or sloshed around too much causing starvation to the high pressure pump that supplies the fuel rail.

This is a potentially catastrophic situation, particularly in turbo applications, but also on naturally aspirated engines. With a high quality fuel surge tank like this designed for use with top tier pumps, fuel starvation should never happen. As is the hallmark of Nuke Performance products, this tank is designed and manufactured to handle extreme amounts of power.

Designed to stand up to the destructive properties of alcohol fuels, including methanol and ethanol. For use on turbo-charged, super-charged and naturally aspirated engine applications.

Delivered with stainless-steel mounting plate for easy mounting and 5x 3/4 AN8 fittings for all the top cover connections and 1x 3/4 plug if you choose to use it for a single fuel pump. Any 3/4 AN6-AN10 fitting can be used if desired. No fuel pumps are included.

The Nuke Performance CFC Unit eliminates the need for an external surge tank which is also needed when running a fuel cell, making it is a perfect solution for fuel-injected systems. Used with PWM control in combination with the CFC Unit prevents emerging heat when running numerous fuel pumps. This is the best way to eliminate the fuel starvation that may otherwise occur in motorsports. And with the new design that accommodates brushless fuel pump installation, it´s also possible to mount venturi pickup points that ensure a full surge tank even at extremely low fuel levels.

Improve lap times, increase car control, cut out the worry of many-years old factory parts breaking, and add a modern touch of flair to the cabin of your track car with these pedal boxes that mount directly right to the floor of the chassis with no cutting, welding or modification needed. Crafted from lightweight steel, OBP has designed a pedal box that mounts to anywhere in the car it is needed to be with little to no modification. This pedal box allows for the mounting of cylinders to remain inside the vehicle for easier maintenance, and to be able to better monitor your fluid levels. It also allows for a brake bias and adjuster to be installed in pair with the cylinders, so the operator can choose how much or how little pressure they would like towards the front or rear of the vehicle.

This pedal box is designed to be mounted on the floor using a cockpit fit.

The pedals have a 4.9 – 5.45:1 ratio and the whole box weighs 7.2 lbs with bias bar, and NO master cylinders.
