The redesigned V2 DW300 flows 26% higher at peak and 20% greater on average. It will flow 340 lph at 40psi and is a popular choice for e85 applications or wherever the highest flowing standard fitment in-tank pump is needed. Quiet operation and pulse width modulation compatibility are delivered via the turbine impeller and computer balanced armature. E85 compatibility is built in via the carbon commutators and a fully encapsulated armature. In order to achieve a flatter flow curve, Deatschwerks uses a dual zone approach which increases flow where specifically engineered for high pressure, and limits flow at low pressure, thus achieving excellent performance and reliability. The DW400 has a 36mm diameter and is compatible with pump gas, e85, and race fuels. The pump is also compatible with pulse width modulated pump drivers. The pump ships with a universal fitment kit which includes fuel hose, clamps, electrical harness, and filter. As with all DW products, the pump is warrantied for 3-yrs to the original purchaser.

AEM Electronics 4-Port AEMnet CAN Hubs are perfect at eliminating the need to daisy-chain multiple AEMnet devices together using Y-cables. Easily connect and power multiple AEMnet CAN devices from a central docking station! Their four integrated 4-way DTM-style housings provide a reliable AEMnet CAN connection and are safe for engine bay mounting.

AEM has updated its CD-7 Digital Dash Display from an aluminum enclosure to a carbon fiber composite enclosure and in the process has reduced its mass from 740g/26.1 oz. to only 595g/20.9oz. That’s almost 1/3rd lbs. less and makes the CD-7 Carbon the lightest graphical dash of its size among major competitors! The new CD-7 Carbon digital displays also have optional integrated 20Hz GPS, which replaces the dash packages that included a Vehicle Dynamics Module. Of course, the Vehicle Dynamics Module still works with any CD Digital Dash Display and can be purchased separately.

Overview

CD-7 Carbon Digital Dash Displays feature a full-color, daylight readable screen surrounded by a tough, lightweight flow-molded carbon fiber composite housing. Seven ultra-bright LEDs span the top of the display housing for RPM and shift light indication. Users can program them to ascend in specific increments based on RPM range and flash when it is time to shift. Brightness is user programmable on the fixed color LEDs. Two large buttons are included on the face of the display, allowing easy page changing and memory resetting even with driving gloves on. These button functions are included in the supplied rear connector, allowing the user to mount remote buttons. Two additional programmable LEDs are located above the toggle buttons on the top of the housing on either side of the integrated LED shift lights.

View and log data from over 250 CAN devices!

The CD-7 Carbon receives channels from two independent CAN bus inputs and it does not require special modules to read AEM and/or 3rd-party CAN signals. We have validated it to communicate with over 250 non-AEM devices, 2008-up stock ECUs via the OBDII port (see Supported Apps Tab), and the CD-7 Carbon can be added to any vehicle with the addition of our 22 Channel CAN Sensor Module. The CD-7 Carbon is ECU CAN ready and does not require external modules for CAN to CAN communication, just load your configuration and go! All channels can be named in virtually any language so that the information displayed makes sense to the user when displayed, whether on the main screens or warning alerts. Third-party systems will require download of 3rd party DBC CAN bus protocol files for proper operation if they are not included in our setup software. We currently have over 250 validated 3rd party applications, and include a CD Dash Power Cable to simplify the installation of 3rd party devices. The AEM Water/Methanol Injection System Advantage

Water/methanol injection for forced induction (turbocharged or supercharged) gas-powered race engines is a proven means for effectively reducing engine inlet air temperatures and suppressing harmful detonation. This allows racers to reliably increase boost and advance ignition timing—without using high-octane racing fuel—for power gains of up to 20%. AEM’s Water/Methanol Injection Systems utilize the most robust hardware combined with more advanced features than any other comparably priced water/methanol system.

AEM offers two different water/methanol controller designs for gas vehicles:

• One is boost dependent for forced induction vehicles up to 35 PSI of boost (kit PN 30-3300). The Boost Dependent controller has an on-board manifold absolute pressure (MAP) sensor with a molded-in nipple for a boost hose pickup.
• The second controller (Kit PN 30-3350) features a multiple input design that enables users to install AEM’s Water/Methanol Injection Kit on ultra-high boost vehicles (above 35 PSI) using a 0-5v voltage-based external MAP sensor.
